The contract promises a share, not a rate. For every 1 ETH swept in, this position receives 0.000200 ETH. Total weight rises as others hire, which dilutes you — exactly like the on-chain accEthPerWeight accumulator.

Connect to hire

Connect a wallet to prepare. Hiring also needs the contracts deployed.

Each of these was produced by calling InternRenderer.renderSVG() on the real contracts — the same function tokenURI calls. The number after each name is that tier's yield weight. A green or red chart behind an intern is the cosmetic Sentiment trait (BULL or BEAR); it has no effect on earnings.

Every swatch is a whole intern with exactly one trait swapped, so the difference you can see between any two is the trait and nothing else. They are all rendered at INTERN, which is the only tier where every variant is reachable.

Eyewear and Crown shift eight points up the table per tier. That cuts both ways: LASER EYES goes from 9% at INTERN to 41% at PARTNER, and the plainest variants become literally unrollable at the top — shown greyed out above.

A PARTNER pays 6,250 INTERN per unit of weight against an INTERN's 10,000 — a 38% discount for committing 5.00M tokens to the furnace in one transaction. “Max ever” is the ceiling if the entire 1.00B supply were burned at that tier alone.

How It Works

PROSPECTUS
  1. 01Burn

Call hire(tier). The contract pulls your INTERN and burns it — a real Transfer to the zero address, so total supply drops. There is no treasury on the other side of that burn.

  2. 02Hire

You are minted an ERC-721 intern with a yield weight fixed at mint. Traits come from keccak256 over the token id, your address, prevrandao, the timestamp and the previous blockhash.

  3. 03Trade

Every swap on the ETH/INTERN v4 pool pays the hook 1% of the output. The INTERN leg is burned; the ETH leg is forwarded to the intern pot.

  4. 04Earn

The pot splits pro-rata by weight through a single accumulator — O(1) per distribution no matter how many interns exist. No epochs, no staking, no lockup.

  5. 05Claim

claim(ids) or claimAll() sends your ETH. Selling an intern settles its unclaimed rewards to you first, so a sale never hands the buyer your accrued yield.

The hook never swaps its INTERN into ETH. That would mean trading against its own pool on a schedule anyone could watch and sandwich. Burning is MEV-free and strictly better for holders.

EXHIBIT D
PRE-DEPLOY
Contracts are written and tested but not deployed. No pool, no supply in circulation, no interns hired. Connecting a wallet works; hiring does not, and will not until the addresses below are filled in.
Addresses
  • InternTokenPending deploy
    ERC-20 $INTERN · fixed 1B supply · no owner, no mint
  • InternClubPending deploy
ERC-721 · burn to hire · holds the ETH pot
  • InternHookPending deploy

  • InternArtPending deploy

Addresses appear here the moment the deploy scripts run. The hook's address is CREATE2-mined so its low 14 bits encode its Uniswap v4 permission flags — beforeInitialize, afterSwap and afterSwapReturnDelta, i.e. 0x2044.
